RACE RECAP – TIMBERLAND NATIONAL – 19 SEP 2020.
A bit of a mixed bag at the Timberland national, but a solid effort from the KTM Durban riders.
Young Dylan Jones, #230, finished in a great 3rd place in the national HighSchool class with a solid effort.
Returning rider, #424 Alistair Feuilherad, pulled off an epic 2nd in the Clubmans class with KTM Durban ambassador #C423 Chay Blackman finishing in 8th in the Clubmans class.
A big mention must also go to #134, Luke McClelland, for finishing in a very respectable 9th in the Regional E2 class amid some heavy hitters. He delivered a stellar effort amidst some big hitters, raising a few eyebrows. He’s definitely a youngster to watch in the future, as he’s shown a consistent push to the front.
Lastly, we wish our GM, Craig Bishop a speedy recovery from his little off. Luckily, no broken bones – only some tissue damage and a slightly bruised ego.
